In 1950, the Federal Police Argentina, to systematize courses Sergeants, Corporals and Agents, the Agents Preparatory male and female Candidate Body to Decree 18.231/50 agents (draftees), created the Junior Staff College. Given the lack of candidates for the ranks, on 31 August that year the Executive Branch issued the decree 18 231, which was authorized by the incorporation of recruits agents for those who have 19 years of age and before being drawn to the Selective Service. The first 500 were incorporated on 28 December of that year. Until 1975 the institution underwent a total 60 000 agents, internally called "Korean" for 50 years to coincide with the internal conflict of that Asian nation and spread the rumor that Argentina would send troops. Some of these young people, to the Pledge of Allegiance, they were given instruction in the Junior Staff College in Villa Lugano and others in the Transit Police.
